AJ is a highly experienced corporate innovator, consultant and facilitator.
His experience includes Heading Strategy and Insights at The Economist, Innovation and Marketing Consulting at BASF and Learning and Development at Siemens Healthcare.
He is fiercely passionate about leading clients towards customer-centricity yet is acutely aware of how difficult this is in large, matrixed, traditional companies based on his extensive experience in the corporate world. AJ has worked with clients across various industries (financial services, media, healthcare, chemicals, automotive, education) and throughout Asia and Europe to build strategy and capabilities that drive customer-centric, design lead and agile innovation.
AJ is also a Senior Career Fellow for MBA students at Nanyang Business School as well as a mentor for MBA consulting projects with corporate clients.

Over the last few years, Jaclyn has developed and spearheaded several marketing initiatives that enhances audience engagement and brand awareness. She specializes in understanding consumer behavior and contrive strategies that drive organizational growth.
As the marketing manager of Innovation Connected, Jaclyn focuses on building brand awareness, managing the company’s social media accounts and strategizing marketing initiatives from ideation to execution.
