Customer Segmentation project

Needs based segmentation is the most customer centric approach to segmenting your customer base.  Other forms of segmentation (geography, customer size, product sales) do not require any input from customers at all, so how can they be customer centric? 


In this project we will guide the establishment of needs based segments, produce visual Strategy canvases for each one, and develop a unique value proposition for each segment.
