Blue Ocean strategy is a customer centric approach to strategic planning.  Here we introduce the concept of a Blue vs Red ocean, what it takes to excel in either environment, and how to find new uncontested markets and make the competition irrelevant.  

The outcome of this workshop is that we will create visual value curves which would then need to be validated with your customers.
